I just watched the following video at Academic Earth and am so happy to finally hear someone articulate a view that I have held for quite some time: That it would serve non-profits well to adopt some strategies from the private sector. I truly believe that this is a great topic for debate, because "non-profiteers" often like to distance themselves from "business people".
