I just watched the following video at Academic Earth and am so happy to finally hear someone articulate a view that I have held for quite some time: That it would serve non-profits well to adopt some strategies from the private sector.  Click on the title below and take a look at the following video (It is only about two minutes long) and let us know what you think.     Lack of Business Rigor in the Non-Profit World By Debra Dunn           I truly believe that this is a great topic for debate, because "non-profiteers" often like to distance themselves from "business people".  Having said that, most people who are involved in the non-profit world are very passionate about their causes and want very much to see them flourish, and Debra Dunn makes a case for studying business when trying to do so.  At Careers Without Limits we completely agree!  I often explain the Careers Without Limits for Educators project to people...
